Fidelity approached Alipes with a particular business challenge: how to reach, educate, and convert three distinct audiences using the same brand and digital identity.
We conducted extensive discovery and analysis of existing brands and competitors. Through focus groups and interviews, we developed a new messaging framework and narrative targeting millennials, post-graduate professionals, and mid-career professionals as part of Fidelity’s recruiting and retention efforts.
Alipes conducted a complete redesign of the organization’s recruitment website. The platform was streamlined to aid recruitment in a tight labor market facing intense competition for talent within the financial and technology professions.
Results:
The Alipes team designed the UI/UX structure to engage with the target audiences and created the look and feel with custom photography and real-world examples to enhance the brand and make it more relevant to these audiences.
