Through focus groups and interviews, we developed a new messaging framework and narrative targeting millennials, post-graduate professionals, and mid-career professionals as part of Fidelity’s recruiting and retention efforts.

Alipes conducted a complete redesign of the organization’s recruitment website. The platform was streamlined to aid recruitment in a tight labor market facing intense competition for talent within the financial and technology professions.

The Alipes team designed the UI/UX structure to engage with the target audiences and created the look and feel with custom photography and real-world examples to enhance the brand and make it more relevant to these audiences.
