  • Senior Digital Producer/Product Manager

As Senior Digital Producer/Product Manager, you’d be a key part of executing that vision for our clients, from Fortune 150 companies to local non-profits.

    In this role, you’d take the lead on turning strategy into digital execution: from guiding a website through the agile development process to managing the creation of rich media assets such as videos and animations. Adept at both strategic communications and the translation of technology into client-friendly terms, you understand the importance of digital to a company’s bottom line—and you’re constantly seeking new and exciting ways to experiment with content strategy, creation, distribution, and measurement.

    Your responsibilities:

    • Lead, coordinate, and manage a variety of digital projects—like website builds, social media content, and mobile apps—in an organized, collaborative manner
    • Have and act on a solid understanding of core technologies related to the development of digital assets, as well as a willingness to keep learning as technology evolves
    • Work closely with technology teams in an iterative manner in order to test and refine digital deliverables; ensure all projects meet or exceed best practices in usability and design
    • Engage with and inspire our team of strategists, designers, and technologists, and work closely with them to drive concepts from idea, to pilot, to execution
    • Serve as primary client liaison for new and ongoing projects
    • Be a project management guru: define client business needs, communicate to internal team, and lead interpretation from business need to technical execution
    • Proactively set and manage client expectations throughout the course of a project; creatively solve challenges related to timing, resources, or budgets
    • Provide oversight and quality control on all deliverables, including owning all behind-the-scenes execution details
    • Serve as an Alipes Curiosity Leader: follow and provide guidance on the implementation of digital and content trends to both internal and client teams, evaluating the pros, cons, and business value of new technology capabilities or products

    • Know how to interpret data and turn your analysis into actionable enhancements that increase and optimize user engagement
    • Have 5-7 years of experience in an in-house or agency role focused on technology or digital product management
    • Have basic HTML skills, experience with CMS tools such as Contentful and Wordpress, solid knowledge of Google Analytics/Tag Manager (Google IQ certification preferred)
    • Have experience in agile project management

  • Digital Account Manager

    Alipes is looking for a Digital Account Manager who can deliver great client service, manage the daily workflow of client teams, and set the content strategies that help clients win in the market. We want candidates who think creatively, understand the role of content in informing digital projects and programs, forge strong relationships at all levels of client organizations, and collaborate effectively with colleagues on our Technology and Creative teams. Digital Account Managers also oversee account teams, providing direction, prioritization, and day-to-day progress against deliverables and deadlines.

    You’d be responsible for:

    • Designing and overseeing implementation of strategy for digital projects and campaigns, from websites to social advertising
    • Managing day-to-day client relationships for multiple projects
    • Prioritizing and managing the day-to-day activities of junior team members
    • Providing feedback and insight to the Alipes leadership team regarding client and team needs and opportunities
    • Working with our creative and technology teams to execute the tactics that are part of every digital strategy, from website development to video production
    • Delivering consistently excellent results, measured by analytics and other tools
    • Keeping in touch with industry changes and providing actionable, digestible briefs to clients and project teams

    You’ll be a great fit for this job if you have...

    • 4+ years experience at a digital strategy or communications agency
    • Hands-on experience managing multiple client accounts and handling day-to-day client interactions
    • Proven experience managing an account team
    • Excellent writing abilities and experience creating written content for social and digital use (including collaboration with art or video teams to produce multimedia content)
    • Excellent verbal communications skills and experience in a new business or pitching environment
    • Experience using analytics tools and social media tools to produce client reports and make data-driven decisions about digital engagement and strategy
    • A creative spirit and passion for the digital world
    • Superior organization and attention to detail; a track record of project management process implementation is a plus
