Boston Public Market
A new brand presence to aid a local food movement

Showcasing the local food movement and the people that make it happen.

Request
A community-based brand presence.

Boston Public Market (BPM) came to Alipes hoping to create a community-focused brand presence. For BPM, it was essential to use their platform to grow the local food movement and highlight the vendors that make it happen.

Approach
Telling the world their stories.

Our approach was simple: show the world how special BPM’s vendors are. To do so, we needed to create a brand ecosystem that informed the consumer about the shops, increased foot traffic, and facilitated purchases. To further propel the brand, BPM needed custom creative executions to support their new marketing initiatives and advertising campaigns.

Solution
Developing a brand ecosystem.

We created a comprehensive new brand identity supporting Boston’s first and only year-round local indoor marketplace. Our marketing initiatives included a full rebrand, color systems, messaging, and signage and display executions. The brand was personal, approachable, and friendly. The marketing initiatives were similarly accessible and designed to be practical for the customer.

Results:

Our partnership with BPM was a huge success. Our executions grew the BPM brand and successfully highlighted their vendors unique offerings. Together, we developed an award winning advertising campaign, an innovative social presence, and a compelling brand that continues to thrive.
