The Alipes Business Development Director will be responsible for finding, acquiring, and generating new leads for RFPs, projects, and retainer work. This is a "hunter position" requiring a self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual who can not only move qualified prospects down the funnel but also filter out unqualified prospects. This individual will build and manage the sales pipeline from the ground up, creating future growth opportunities for Alipes.
You are not on an island, we will provide support from the larger team to deliver our value proposition to prospects with creative, development, and strategic support as needed. Alipes is prepared to offer additional marketing support as determined by the Leadership Team.
