Alipes is looking for a full-time Digital Account Executive (DAE). A great DAE is an active participant in the digital universe and skilled at managing the day-to-day details of varied digital projects such as website redesigns, content strategy, social and paid media campaigns, creative collateral development, project management, and general communications work. This role is crucial to helping create and execute the strategies that help our clients achieve their goals. Successful DAEs can help create and manage project plans, handle integrated, multi-channel digital campaigns (both planning and executing), write awesome content, track important digital trends, and provide POVs across several clients and projects simultaneously.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Writing smart, creative digital content
- Managing a variety of digital projects from inception to completion
- Creating project plans and strategy briefs
- Project management; resource allocation, task tracking, coordinating meetings, deadlines and deliverables
- Collaborating with the rest of our team to develop and execute strategies for digital campaigns
- Monitoring and understanding emerging digital trends, and providing POVs or ideas to clients based on these trends
- Monitoring and understanding current events and news, particularly in the public policy (local and national) and politics arenas
- Using analytics tools to produce client reports and make data-driven decisions about digital engagement and strategy
You’ll be a great fit for this job if you have:
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency environment
- Proven hands-on experience leading or supporting content creation on multiple digital channels such as websites, blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Passion and curiosity about digital and social
- Passion and curiosity about public policy, politics, world news and events
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both public-facing and internal)
- Experience with analytics monitoring and tools
- Experience with paid media platforms
- Experience with social media platforms
- Experience in client facing role including ability to run conference calls, handle inbound communications and present ideas and concepts
