Alipes is seeking a sales professional to serve as a consultant to partner with Alipes in its new business development efforts. Alipes is looking for an independent self-starter with knowledge of marketing and marketing services, who can identify prospects both within their personal networks and outside, build relationships and engage in conversation about our offerings, and work closely with the Alipes team to pitch and win business.
This person must:
- Be independent and self-motivated with a proven track record as a sales professional within the marketing space
- Have a natural ability to forge positive and trusting relationships
- Understand how to market and sell services work
- Communicate effectively with the Alipes team
- Have solid time management and organizational skills
- Be detail-oriented and team-focused
- Have a desire to work with an incredible group of people
- Partnering with Alipes to present, promote, and sell services to prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads via networks and cold outreach
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members
- Track outreach and report internally, including customer needs, feedback, competitive activities, etc.
- Continuously improve through feedback
Compensation is dependent upon experience.
